If your flat-rate envelope is vaguely flat, you should refuse the package.If the package appears to be flattened or deflated, please refuse to accept the package. We only ship to addresses that have proven PayPal or Shopify . You must confirm your delivery address with the selected payment provider to support the order. If the delivery address differs from that allotted to your credit card on file, then your payment provider won't confirm the address. USA deliveries can take between 4-7 business days. We only accept orders Monday through Friday. For shipping abroad, please allow 7 to fourteen business days.

Please note that the shipping time frame during sales extends to 10-14 business days. Once your order is placed we will not cancel or refund any pending orders.

You may incur additional charges via international custom charging policy. You are responsible for these charges whereas Only Raw Hair shipping cost covers only the importation of your order into your country.

All sales are final and no exchanges or refunds due to Covid Health Concerns. Allow 3 to 5 days to process and ship your order. All Orders will require a signature for delivery. No Exceptions.
